A reservation will consist of a confirmed booking for a destination or destinations with specific travel dates for one or more travelers. Complimentary change fees only applyclient, and do not applytravel companions. Any changea reservation may result in the customer being charged the applicable change/cancellation fee as required by the rules of the airline/hotel/car rental booked in the original reservation. Any changea confirmed reservation at the customer’s request will also result in an additional service fee of $30. Customer also acknowledges that the fee is non refundable. Customer is responsible for any change/cancellation penalty resulting from any changeconfirmed reservations for air/hotel/car rental. Customer is also responsible for any payment of a third party service fee which arises from the confirmation of a reservation for personalized services. Complimentary seat assignments are offered for first 30 days of service only. If a delay or cancellation, or diversion is the result of air traffic control, a weather situation, or another extraordinary circumstance beyond Sun Country Airlines’ control an additional $30 service fee will not be assessed.

You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require yousign their liability waiver priorparticipating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier’s rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied accessthe applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
